Release v0.7.10

  • phpTest moved to php.sh and all pipeline/*.sh files are now just wrappers - this will be deprecated
  • adding bin/build/pipeline to deprecated tokens
  • install-bin-build.sh improved display of changes on update
  • fixing error maybe
  • color mode tweaks and fixes to remove errors
  • isInteger and related now take 0 or more parameters, all of which must be valid to succeed
  • added BITBUCKET_WORKSPACE.sh and isBitBucketPipeline
  • reordered tests so colors is first, and fixed error from color parsing
